Custom Mobility Scooter Sourcing Terms of Service
Scope
Custom Mobility Scooter Sourcing provides independent sourcing coordination for business procurement requests. Information on this site describes inquiry options and purchasing questions. It does not establish stock, model suitability, certified performance, manufacturer identity or an accepted purchase order.
Your request
Submitting a form starts a request for discussion. The buyer should state the product, intended use, specifications, quantity, US destination and desired timing. Optional budget and supplier preferences help frame alternatives. They do not create a binding price, verified supplier rating or obligation to purchase.
Review responsibilities
Supplier responses require review for the exact model, configuration and revision. Product photographs, family brochures and related samples do not replace model-linked documents. Medical suitability, legal requirements, testing and safety conclusions require the relevant qualified review. Buyers retain responsibility for approving specifications and their procurement decisions.
Information and records
Any quotation must identify currency, unit basis, quantities, packaging, sample and tooling charges, freight scope, exclusions and validity. Compare only equivalent scope. Minimum order quantities, sample availability, production assumptions and delivery dates must be confirmed in the applicable supplier communication.
Confirmation
Sample review should identify an approver, configuration and decision record. Changes to frame, battery, controller, brake system, accessories or labels may require further review. A sample approval does not automatically approve a different production item or shipment.
Questions
Additional services, fees and responsibilities must be agreed in writing before work proceeds. Content may be updated as procurement information changes. Keep a revision record when quantity, configuration, destination or packaging changes. Ask the supplier to restate affected price lines and assumptions before comparing the updated response with an earlier quotation. Use the contact form for questions about the service scope and keep copies of the requirement and supplier response on which you rely.
